Bill Fallon Named New Topsoccer - Special Needs Chair
Bill Fallon has been involved in CJSA youth soccer for 25 years, coaching for the Wallingford Youth Soccer League (WYSL) in-house program from mites through u11 and travel teams through U14, winning the Commissioner’s Cup in 2004. Bill has also served in the positions of Boys Director, Vice President, and President of the WYSL over the years. He launched the Wallingford TOPSoccer program in 2002, serving as its Director and head coach the past 17 years, and has twice been named CJSA Recreation Coach of the year. The WYSL TOPSoccer program, serving several towns in the area, has brought the game of soccer to over 300 kids with special needs. Bill firmly believes soccer is a “game for all kids”, and looks forward to building upon Milan Keser’s legacy by strengthening and growing CT TOPSoccer, so the game is available and enjoyable for all who desire to play.
