CJSA Hosts 2023 Awards Dinner and Annual General Meeting

The Connecticut Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) recently hosted its Annual President’s Awards Dinner and Annual General Meeting, with both events taking place at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Bristol, Connecticut. The CJSA Annual President’s Awards Dinner was a sold-out event that celebrated the contributions of many teams and individuals in 2022, while the CJSA Annual General Meeting set the stage for another exciting year of youth soccer in the state.

“The Awards Dinner was such a special evening for all of us in attendance,” said Josh Krusewski, Executive Director of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association. “The sold-out room and the energy provided throughout the night allowed us the opportunity to recognize all of the volunteers and award winners the way we should.”

A special guest at the CJSA Annual President’s Awards Dinner was Christine Huber, who served as the emcee for the event. In addition to being a multi-sport athlete in college, the University of New Haven Hall of Famer is the voice of multiple athletic programs at Yale University, as well as for the Northeast Conference Women’s Soccer Championship. The ESPN and NESN veteran has also worked as a lead analyst with the National Women’s Soccer League on CBS.
