NOTES: 

Developmental: Developmental will not allow for the team to be activated or roster printing. Player passes will be available to be printed once all player requirements have been met. 

RecPlus: For the 2022-2023 RecPlus will be part of Competitive 

Photos: Photos of the player or admin (coach) need to be of that person and only that person in the photo. Please don’t upload your dog, cat, sponge bob or anything other than the player or coach. This photo should be a headshot like a passport photo.

Birth Certificates: This is a government document, not a hospital record. Court records for adoption are fine as long as the date of birth is recorded in the court record.

International Birth Certificates: Anyone born outside the United States and its territories MUST complete a FR-11. Instruction can be found here:
