- Verified Player (Verified Birth Document and Player Photo)
- Verified Admin ( Photo, Approved Background Check, Verified SafeSport Certificate)
Additional Notes:
- Developmental: Developmental will not allow for the team to be activated or roster printing. Player passes will be available to be printed once all player requirements have been met.
- RecPlus: RecPlus is now part of Competitive.
- Photos: Photos of the player or admin (coach) need to be of that person and only that person in the photo. Please don’t upload your dog, cat, sponge bob or anything other than the player or coach. This photo should be a headshot like a passport photo.
- Birth Certificates: This is a government document, not a hospital record. Court records for adoption are fine as long as the date of birth is recorded in the court record.
