Step One: Contact Info
1. Verify that your official contact information is correct.
2. Add the required contact nnformation for the following positions: Club President, Club Treasurer, Club Registrar, Discipline Chairman, Recreation Chairman and Referee Assignor
Step Two: Custom Fields
1. Town in Which Field is Located
2. Reaffiliation or New Affiliation
3. Previous Seasonal Year Player Registrations
4. Previous Seasonal Year Adult Registrations
5. In the absence of the Club President, our Club has designated the following person to represent and vote for our Club at District and State CJSA Meetings.
Step Three:
1. Upload a Copy of your Club Bylaws
Step Four: ELA
1. The Club agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association, Inc., United States Youth Soccer and the U.S. Soccer Federation.
Step Five: Summary
1. Double check all information for accuracy.
Step Six: Receipt
1. Make sure to Click Order.
2. Your 2024-2025 Club Affiliation is now complete.
